PRAYER:
Prayer is not just an important part of what we are to be about as a church; but is, in fact, the essential component in discerning God's desire and direction for us. We want to be a praying church, not just a church that prays. We truly believe that prayer is the means that God both miraculously and mysteriously uses to make His desires become our desires, and to accomplish His will for our good and for His glory.
The Prayer Room in the main foyer is the place where volunteers intercede for God's power and glory to fall, and the movement of His Spirit during both of our morning services each Sunday, one at 9:15 and the other at 10:45. Please contact the church office or email alicia@graceoxford.com to volunteer to serve in the prayer room for one of these services. We will gladly give you an orientation before your first time to volunteer.
The Prayer Chain Ministry is activated by our members or regular attenders anytime a request for immediate prayer is submitted, usually by email. To join the prayer chain ministry please notify the church office or send your email address to alicia@graceoxford.com.
