Life connection
Life connection

A vital ingredient to connecting people to Jesus for life is connecting them to one another. Our love for God cannot be separated from our love for others, and as members of the Body of Christ we need the encouragement, support, and accountability that come from living life together as Gods people. Life Connection Groups at Grace provide the foundational place for all that to happen a place for people to begin to connect, grow, and serve as they move toward maturity in Christ.
Life Connection Groups at Grace are of two types: Sunday morning groups and special focus groups. As a general rule, Sunday morning groups meet at either 9:15 or 10:45 and are composed of six to thirty people who are usually at about the same place in life: singles, collegiates, parents of preschoolers, parents of school-aged children, parents of youth, empty-nesters, or retirees. These groups are always open for guests and new members to join them at any time. They meet together on Sundays for friendship and for life-application Bible study. Their members remain committed to one another throughout the week for ministry and service.
Special focus groups meet together on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM or at other times during the week, usually for a period of a few weeks or months, to study a specific topic, book, or issue, or to train for a particular area of service. They may be composed of people from all stages of life or they may be set up just for men or women. Some of these groups may be closed to new members after the first few sessions, but others remain open for their duration. They are designed to help you explore a new section of Gods Word or a new facet of what being connected to Jesus for life is all about. Displays and sign-up tables for upcoming special focus groups are located in the foyer.
